Head Office in France with strong connections in Spain and Portugal
I.T.C was initially created to develop cross-border transactions between
France and Spain, when this later country joined the European Economic Union, as Spanish
is the mother tongue of its President founder, Mozy NAHON.
Various activity sectors : Industry, Services, Information and Communication Technology
During the first years of
its existence, the company has been successfully involved in operations covering mainly
the industrial and services sectors, between France
and Spain as well as inside France. Since about ten years, I.T.C extended its activities
to Portugal and to Information and Communication Technologies. Therefore, about 60%
of our transactions where made
in the ICT field, with about 65% of buying mandates.
Prestigious European Clients
With consistent introductions
in the industrial and financial sectors, I.T.C obtains buying mandates from French,
British, German, Dutch and Belgian companies attracted
by the specific geographical cover and service offered in France, Spain and Portugal.
Sales mandates come from these three countries. About two thirds of our clients have
sales between €100 and €500 million,
some of them over €15 billion. More than 60% are listed.
